Soothing Teas to Choose for the Afternoon
Most of us need caffeine to start their day and keep it running. Be it tea or coffee, we all find a source of caffeine for our morning grinds.
However, when the afternoon comes we want to slowly wind down and prepare ourselves for a more soothed after work hours. A good way to do it is by sipping on some decaffeinated teas, if you just can't live without your black teas or pick some herbal tisanes (most people still call them 'teas').
