We currently offer curbside pickup from our warehouse location. Please note that we do not have a brick-and-mortar store and we don't allow customers into our warehouse for safety reasons. Curbside pickup is available within limited times. Please find more details below.
Your Order Packing & Handling Time
Orders are usually available for pickup within 1-2 business days. During the holidays, it may take a bit longer. Once your order is ready for pickup you will receive an email notification. We will hold your order for you for 3 business days. After that your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
Your Pickup Time Request:
We want to ensure that your order will be ready for you when you come. Therefore, please review our "order ready for pickup" email and respond with a pickup time request within our curbside pickup open hours and days.
Note: Before heading to us, please ensure that you have received a response confirming that we can accommodate your requested date and time for pickup.
Curbside Pickup Hours Availability: Monday through Friday 10 am - 3 pm
Once you arrive at the address, please park in front of building 16C and call the phone number provided in your curbside pickup notification email. A team member will bring your order to your car.
Change of plans?
If you cannot make it or would like to change pickup day/time, we would appreciate if you let us know in advance by responding to our email or emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Again, before heading out to us, please ensure that you have received an email confirming that we can accommodate the new requested pickup date and time.
If you don't pick up your order within 3 days from the day you receive this email, unfortunately we will have to cancel your order. You will be issued a refund. You may place a new order, if you wish.
