This blend is from Kagoshima in the southern island of Kyushu, Japan. It is made during the second season (June and July). So please enjoy it every day!

I've tried many organic matcha brands in surrounding stores to be VERY disappointed once opened, with the quality and taste (mostly due to the quality) and always refrain from purchasing them after multiple fail testings of a variety of brands. I took the gamble here since their matcha has always been top pick for me, and bought the organic, only to be surprised by how dark and green the powder is! It is much greener than my last batch of the Japanese Kyoto purchase. In my photos, the left bowl of powder is the organic, and the right bowl is the Japanese Kyoto line. Can I also tell you how frothy it gets?! Comparing taste with both matcha lines, you really can't tell the difference in taste! I highly recommend this organic line!
