Sprucewood's Chef Mark describes their Pumpkin Spice Shortbread as “just like pumpkin pie in a cookie!” Made with pure, fresh pumpkin, their own blend of spices and creamery butter (like all our shortbread). This shortbread is a little firmer on the palette, but the flavour from start to finish is simply superb. Indeed, this is one of Chef Mark’s favourite shortbread that he makes!
